About Us

Bacher Group was founded in 1979 by renowned equestrian specialist Wolfgang Bacher. Wolfgang holds a Bachelor in Logistics Management and Business Administration and, having been a rider himself, holds the Bronze German Rider's Badge. He has close ties to German and European champions such as Hugo Simon, Paul Schockemöhle and others.

Wolfgang has more than three decades of experience in training horses and providing products to professional and private equestrians and services. Because Bacher Group has close ties to world-class riders and arena builders, we were engaged to provide the material for, as well as install, the Olympic arenas in Athens in 2004 and Beijing/Hong Kong in 2008.

Bacher Group's unsurpassed expertise, in-depth knowledge and long-term experience make us the preferred partner in designing, providing material for and installing equestrian arenas. We have close contacts with research and development institutes as well as universities like University of Maine (specifically Michael "Mick" Peterson, Ph.D), and, with their help, we continuously work to enhance our product line. At Bacher Group, we fabricate our own materials and focus on high-quality standards and cutting-edge technology to provide the right value for our customers.
